Made this noodle cold salad using Soba Noodles. It’s a wonderful substitute g go or
regular pasta. The texture adapts to spices so well and provides a beautiful complement to the vegetables

Not impressed with this. Found it to be blend. Go for the wholewheat pastas or
the plant based options. We deserve better
