Low Gi Dumpy Soy And Linseed White Bread

I like all the Low GI breads from Sasko. #stellenbosch 

Toasted with thick strawberry jam fir breakfast. Or smashed avo for lunch. Love bread!!! 

I just had to snap a pic of my hubby’s mid-morning snack, making use of my cucumber heart off-cuts for his toast 😂 hoping one day he’ll join me here on abillion but, until then, I’ll make sure to review enough for both of us 😁

As for this bread... we’re very much a brown bread family, but sometimes white bread makes for a nice change 🥪 hubby loves these Sasko low-GI loaves, and this one is his current fave.

The bread is lovely and soft and it really does taste divine. Also keeps you feeling full for longer 🍞
