These are very tasty nice with a hint of cinnamon . Crunchy squares with 6 grams protein,5 grams of fiber and a good source of Iron in each serving. Will definitely buy this cereal again it’s filling and satisfying.,makes a great snack 🌱🧡🌱also the oat milk I used has a wonderful cinnamon flavor ..I would give it a try if you like cinnamon flavor and a nice crunch to your cereal you can find this cereal at most grocery markets . I found this box at Aldis for $3.99 . 🥣🧡🥣#veganisnotscary

Had some delicious Quaker oatmeal squares as an afternoon snack at work today! I know this is supposed to be a cereal with some type of milk, but it’s also super tasty as a snack on its own, and is really easy to just munch on. One of my favorite cereals and it keeps me full whenever I feel snacky!
