Love this! It was absolutely gorgeous! I used it for dinner in a sandwich - I spread it over sour dough bread, packed with chestnut mushrooms I’d sautéed in garlic & violife grated cheese & popped it into the George Foreman! I’m so happy right now 😂😂😂

Very nice pesto, will defo get it again. Nice that Aldi is growing it's own plant based brand as it was difficult to get many vegan products not long ago.
