So it does smell a lot like eggs, the taste it depends of what you put in it... Kind like tofu. I tryed to do an omelette didn't work but scrambled comes amazing. The price is also really good, 2 euro something and quantity is like 2/3 eggs together

This is a new plant baser egg. It's lupine based so it brings protein and other nutrients. It tastes quite similar to an egg, if I can remember right. I ate it scrambled and that worked OK.

hard no. can not recommend. looks good, but didn't taste good. maybe is used it wrong. i tried it as scrambeled egg. although it is lupin based it was super doughy, although cooked long and didn't taste like much. i will stick with using tofu and chick pea flower for my scrambles.

The product itself does not have a lot flavor. I had to season it a lot. The consistency is kinda like scrambled egg I guess but a bit too liquid. Wouldn’t buy again, I feel like I could make more authentic dishes with tofu. However maybe it works well as a substitute in baking recipes, I have only tried it on its own. 🍳

A new egg replacement option to be found in the chilled aisle. It is lupin-based, which might trigger some allergies, but the ingredients seem natural enough and the fat content is low. It scrambles well and it makes a decent omelet but it needs time to set. Full list of recipes on their website.
