Pietro Coricelli is really a good quality olive oil. It is neutral in taste and not overpowering.

This is one of my go-to brands of olive oil. I use it sparingly as any oil is calories dense (not so much my husband, he almost drown everything in it 😊 )

A few drops over roasted veggies makes a difference, or a few drops in fried onions and mushrooms.

It is a very beautiful bottel. The bottels were moulded in such a way that the name protrudes from the glass.
