I found this mix at Sprouts and decided to try. The cookies mix up so easily. I added chocolate chips and all natural peanut butter. I mixed a chia-flax egg and used vegan butter. In my oven I had to cook for 15 minutes. The cookies are crisp on edges and soft in the middle. They are rich and sweet. A little too sweet for me which may be good because I can eat just one 😊
