2 lemon cupcakes

I was excited to try their 2 new cake flavours, lemon and strawberry. The sponge

was less dense than the red velvet and chocolate sponges which was nice as I find them a little over dense. The icing was lovely and creamy and had a lemon curd drizzle. The icing could just do with a bit more of a lemon flavour. #huntsabs

These were really yummy! Soft cake and nice icing- not sickly sugary which I am

not a fan of. I definitely recommend 🤩

Fantastic flavour! I wish they were a little bigger though, the icing actually outweighed the

sponge 😂 Lovely for the occasional treat & super convenient. #veganuary
