A coworker of mine told me about this vegan 🌱 mozzarella from #lidl so I had to try it. It’s an almond based product with a very interesting taste – 4/5. Delicious vegan almond-based "mozzarella cheeze". It doesn't taste exactly the same as cowmilk-based mozzarella and the texture is also less solid and creamier as real mozzarella but still a good alternative for tomato-mozzarella salad etc. Price 2,49 €.
