Questo seitan è davvero super morbido e succoso rispetto ai normali seitan da supermercato. Regge benissimo la cottura in forno rimanendo morbido. Provato facendo un normalissimo spezzatino per testarne il gusto quasi al naturale e lo consiglio. Cosa da non tralasciare si conserva fuori dal frigorifero pre utilizzo e quindi molto comodo da tenere sempre in dispensa.
Non amo particolarmente il seitan, diciamo fino ad ora…questo di Koro buonissimo, l’ho cucinato con curry cipolle e yogurt di soia accompagnato da riso bollito. Molto apprezzato anche da onnivori! Consigliatissimo!

I pezzi di seitan sembrano spezzatino, morbidi e non gommosi. Si insaporiscono bene in cottura, io ho fatto il sugo alla genovese napoletana ed è stata uguale all'originale. Li consiglio
