Made some waffles this morning using King Arthur flour. It's organic, non-GMO. Used Isa Chandra Moskowitz's pancake recipe. It's my favorite vegan recipe, works good for waffles too.

So I made seitan again and this time I over cooked it in the oil but i covered it in sauce and it wasn’t hard.
