Dutched Cocoa
Hubby bought this from this from Amazon at S$12.01. This is the first time he bought this.
It has been chemically processed with Alkali to achieve a darker colour, and is not as bitter as the 100% Cocoa. The hot coco drink is lighter and sweeter.
My eldest daughter likes this Dutched Cocoa when served with soy milk. She said that it tasted like Milo. Somehow, I miss the bitter hot cocoa I used to drink.
