Creationz - Lentil Curry

This was a lovely lentil curry. Not too spicy and easy to take to work (if you have access to a microwave).

Nicer than I expected! Add some rice and you’ve got a good meal

I had these with a bowl of plain boiled rice and really enjoyed them. Pretty good value for a £1 too and only 2 mins in the microwave! Happy Days 😍

For a quick, nutritious lunch this is easy and tasty. 90 seconds in the microwave, serve with a naan or salad!
