I found it perfect to cook baked flans and tarts.
The dish you can see swiping was a personal experiment of mine, double layered, half made with a cream of artichoke scraps and fennel minced together, and the other half with the potato purée and chopped lettuce.
It came out delicious! 😋

Certo, fatti con le patate freschi sono meglio ma quando c'è poco tempo questo è ottimo! Lo preparo senza latte ma con un po' di margarina vegetale (senza olio di palma) e un po' di lievito a scaglie! #rifugiomiletta

Ovviamente in casa mia non può mancare il pure' instantaneo. Questo di gusto non è niente di che, infatti solitamente lo uso, aggiungendo spezie, pan grattato, formaggio vegan e verdure varie, per fare degli sformati che poi faccio gratinare in forno.

Obviously, in my house the instant mashed potato cannot be missing. His taste is nothing special, in fact I usually use it, adding spices, breadcrumbs, vegan cheese and various vegetables, to make flans which I then brown in the oven.
