Refried Black Beans

Me los trajo mi prima de Guatemala (yo estoy en Arg.). Son excelentes! Ella me los preparo tibios con limón en una picada. En casa me los prepare fríos, así como vienen. Un éxito. También se los puse a una ensalada para condimentar.

This is our favorite refried black beans to make tacos, burritos and dips. They now sell them in pouches.

These are a staple for my husband and he really likes them and it was really nice to know that they were already vegan. We use them often with race bread or as a taco burrito filler.

Blended black beans are so delicious! They're my kids favorite. You can spread them on toast or have them with a side of plantains or tofu scramble. 💚
