Wow!! These are unbelievable! I baked them for 12 minutes then put 4 on a burger bun, topped it with pasta sauce, and threw it all back in the oven for 5 minutes. The perfect eggplant parm sammy in less than 20 mins! 🍆 #veganisnotscary

I use these cutlets to make Eggplant Napoleon…sautéed and then layered with Violife Mozzarella Shreds and Rao’s Marinara. I never liked breading things, so messy and time consuming.
Ok so granted maybe this is not the best presentation or photo but we make this form of eggplant parmigiana in our house all the time! I use these already pre-breaded eggplant cutlets from Dominex in the oven covered with some tomato sauce (last night I used Newman's Organic Marinara) and either Violife or Daiya mozzarella cheese (and sometimes some sliced onion.) Served with a side of pasta it's really good!
Yum have bought these so many times. Can make a great eggplant parmesan with some pasta. Or enjoy an eggplant parmesan sub. Even throw it in lasagna. Endless possibilities. So glad I was introduced to such a versatile and delicious vegetable. Highly reccomend this product.
Love these already made eggplant slices. I’m very fussy when it comes to the skin. Many a time take-out dishes were dumped in the trash when I tasted skin. But when baking these and the skins get crusty they all of a sudden become edible.
