Taufu Lembut (Smooth Tofu)

Plain & simple smooth #tofu. Perfect for pairing with a savoury sauce. In this case I just paired it with a super #umami black bean sauce with mushrooms 😋 #nofusscooking

The girlfriend used this in a kimchi stew (2nd picture), so here it is, #forthedollar 😏 I prefer firm #tofu so I was unlikely to ever get this of my own volition.

If you're looking for a high protein per Ringgit product, Cheong Fatt's tofu is pretty good.
