The taste is good. It's very fulfilling. But I don't like that it has a double package, too much plastic. My last recipe: cut in cubes, panfry with olive oil and onions, add black olives, white wine,salt, rosmarine and sage. Cook for 10 minutes
It’s been few weeks that I have discovered the tempeh.
It is very good and it can be eaten by babies as well. I would steam it and then marinate it in soya sauce and olive oil for several hours in the fridge.
