The taste was exactly how I remember pancakes to be, soft and fluffy in the middle with a slightly crispy edge. Had ours with coconut sugar, orange juice and elmlea double plant cream!! Delicious 😋

Bought to try in preparation for Pancake Day, in the days of Eggs and Dairy I always made amazing pancakes for the family, so looking for options. I didn't have Oat Milk so used Sweetened Soya (Alpro Growing Milk) so they were sweeter than normal but worked. I also whisked up in a Kitchen Chef to smooth out. Pan needs a light oil, and I'd do low and slow to side one side from getting burnt as found it sticky, could be because of the sugar in the milk though
These worked really well! We made 8 pancakes with them and they tasted sooo good! Super easy to use as well will deffo buy again!
