Vegan naturel tofu rulstukjes

I bought these seasoned tofu chunks as a cheaper alternative to mince replacements. It’s a fast idea when low on time/resources, as a substitute to home-marinated tofu 😄 I fried it briefly in little oil and used it as a topping. I will buy it again! Meh, minced tofu, not so tasty, I used it for a Bolognese sauce, with a ton of spices, the texture is so good, but that's all, it's tasteless
