Terra plantaardige balletjes Italiaanse stijl

Tasty herbed vegan balls made from pea protein. They are nice and soft and quick and easy to prepare. I prepared them with pasta adding onion, mushrooms, spinach and red pesto. Great to use in an Italian inspired dish.
