Edith Lillian!! 🐔

This lovely lady was found in the hot sun last summer with 20 other chickens. She had been terribly neglected and was covered in lice + poop. 😔
•
After welcoming her to PEAK, we bathed
Edith. She was so grateful, making coo-ing noises and settling in, happy to receive care and finally feel clean. 🛁

We were honored to provide Edith Lillian with her first safe place. She joined the #microsanctuary run by PEAK supporter and board member @allhess last year, and is thriving! Edith loves exploring, napping, drinking fresh water and chatting with her sisters… ☀️
