Delicious vegan option at a non vegan upscale restaurant. Field roast sausage, impossible meat balls,
cashew ricotta on pappardelle pasta. Well done Trulucks. I hope they keep adding more plant based options like this.

I was really amazed for their menu. This pasta was so good. I ordered the
side portion, still was bog enough. Grat flavor they use the impossible "meat" . So happy to hear the bar tender saying she love this dish!! We soon will see more vegan options everywhere! #tierradeanimales
