The Keg used to be a steakhouse I visited 15 years ago when I studied
in Vancouver when I was still eating meat. It has a sentimental value to me and I decided to revisit only this time I am going for a plant based steak. Their cauliflower steak is a huge portion nicely drilled and top with olives, chickpeas, onions and sundried tomatoes, with big portion of asparagus on the side. I love it when steakhouses provide vegan and vegetarian options, showing that plant based power is getting strong! One meal at a time, changing our diet and change our environment!
