This dish was incredible!! My mouth is watering just thinking about it. The tofu had a perfect crunchy exterior and was covered in a spicy-sweet peanut sauce. I loved the bright pops of flavor from the pickled slaw and herbs, and the jasmine rice was fluffy and perfectly cooked. This portion was huge and I actually got two or three meals out of it. It was very filling and satisfying.
