A Thai yellow curry with tofu and vegetables such as carrot, broccoli and sweet potato with jasmine rice. The dish can be warmed in the oven or microwaved if you are in a hurry. It’s a very flavorful dish with a generous helping of veggies. I think it’s authentic as well. I will definitely have again when I don’t feel like cooking.
