Review of cookie monster cookie bar at Valhalla Bakery by aubreyj27

i saw this #cookiemonster bar in the display case and although i wasn’t actually sure what was in it, i was very interested!

this #vegandessert seemed like a cross between a cake and a #cookie … one layer of cookie at the bottom, a layer of yellow cake in the middle, and blue #frosting on top with various #chocolate mix-ins. loved the frosting.. it was texturally appropriate and consistent with the other good frostings i’ve had at valhalla. the cookie on the bottom was a bit difficult to break through with my fork, but i came at like 8 pm so i didn’t expect the #bakedgoods to be super fresh! 😅

there are other bars i’ve had that i liked better, such as the brookie or the s’mores bar; however, this one was pretty good too. it’s a nice choice for those with a major #sweettooth (like me!!)
