A nice snack - I like the little flecks of salt to complement the sweetness. The biscuit is lighter and more crisp compared to the raspberry shortcake, and the yellow filling is pleasantly lemony. Definitely not healthy, and contains palm products. Purchased at half price... #biscuits#lemon
