Review of Veggie Ramen at Slurpin Ramen Bar by samanthab3

This was good vegan ramen! They have vegan noodles and the broth is seaweed and mushroom based. I thought it was delicious but I wish it had tofu in it! I ordered some on the side but it would definitely elevate the dish with some tofu already in it!
