Review of BigWulf Burger at Wulf & Lamb Marylebone by stevenneoh

This chunky #burger really does look the part 🤩 The #multiseed #bun had a lovely brown complexion, and the Redefine #fakemeat was, well, meaty and quite tender 😋 The #shallots were a real highlight (the waitress in fact recommended this burger to me, instead of the fish one, because of the grilled oniony flavour 😉) The #burgersauce was mild but worked well in combination with everything else

I just felt this could have been elevated even further by something a bit bolder. Perhaps a couple of rings of raw onion, perhaps some gherkins or peppers, perhaps a spicier choice of sauce 🥲 My other complaint was the #skinnychips. Like, who in their right minds 😒 Came with a large tub of tomato ketchup, but that stuff is foul so they kindly gave me mustard instead ☺️
