Annalakshmi is an incredible restaurant in Singapore that functions a bit like a non profit. They charge very little for incredible freshly prepared meals, and they even have a location where you can eat and pay anything you like. And a lot of their revenue goes to supporting communities here in Singapore 🇸🇬
Uthappam is a traditional South Indian pancake made with fermented rice flour. The batter is added to a hot pan and topped with finely chopped veggies, creating a beautiful panorama of colors, and it’s served with coconut 🥥 chutney and lentil soup. Every bit is magical, and overall it’s pretty healthy too!
