Review of D.I.Y. Pani Puri at eet by Maneet Chauhan by davidroche13

Not sure what the exact idea was with this as I don’t eat Indian often but the base of the beans felt very protein rich. The mint water had a kick but nothing super spicy. Nice additional fill up but it is not a dish of traditional samosas stuffed with filling like I thought.
