“Spring rolls served with rice noodles, cucumber, soy protein, lettuce, bean sprouts & fresh mint; Au Lac vinaigrette with pickled daikon, carrot, green onion, and crushed peanuts.” yum! did not expect this to be served cold actually, so that was a little surprising but nonetheless it was still a tasty dish overall with a lovely variety of veggies ☺️
