I normally don't prefer #coconut milk ice-cream UNLESS it's paired with a brownie, cookie, cake etc. I'm always really impressed with SoDelicous DairyFree coconut ice-cream 🥥 as it's not icey and crunchy like others. It's still nice and creamy with a rich consistency. However, it does have a coconut flavor which many don't always prefer. I buy my pints at Fresh Thyme or Target as they're the best prices (around $5). This does have a nice #vanilla bean flavor as well and is great with the subtle flavor note of the coconut. They also have a no sugar added variety of this, but I think it might have a lot of artificial stuff in it, but don't quote me on that. This ice cream is great alone and paired with your favorite dessert. I would recommend trying this variety out!
