Review of Ginger Snaps - Stauffer’s by aubreyj27

my favorite ginger snaps ! they have just the right amount of spice and a strong kick of ginger compared to other ginger snaps i’ve had. i enjoy the heavy ginger flavor, but it may not be as enjoyable for those who want something closer to the milder flavor of gingerbread. i believe there’s chili powder & red pepper in these cookies which gives them that extra kick. texturally, they’re crunchy without breaking my teeth, but i prefer to dip them rather than eat them plain.

overall, a very strong cookie that may not be for everyone, but i find rather lovely!
