Review of Gula Melaka Milk Tea with Oat Milk at Old Town White Coffee @ KL Eco City Mall by stevenneoh

Alright you are basically playing with fire if you come and dine here. Old Town is quite possibly the living and breathing definition of "jumping on the plant-based bandwagon purely in order to overcharge vegans, but forgetting to train and educate staff on what veganism means and on how important it is to follow the vegan recipe" 🙄 They made the first iteration of this #milktea with dairy milk instead of #oatmilk 😠 I was only able to keep a watchful eye because of how quiet it was at 3pm, or I would have missed it. I don't normally send incorrectly prepared food and drink back because I see it as damage done anyway, but dairy does make me sick. The server in fact denied all this when first confronted, imagine 😒
