Today, I’ve finally found some time to review the delicious vegan food that @asiayportia and I tried during our holiday in Mallorca last month 🏝️

On our way back to Artà, we decided to stop in this 100% plant-based restaurant, which is also part of a very #elegant and small hotel complex immersed in a very relaxing and #romantic atmosphere.

In this wonderfully presented dish, the noodle nest was made of #sweetpotato (although I am not sure were the blue colour comes from), whereas the garnish on top was made with #coconut cream, red #cabbage, lemon, #miso and olive oil. Finally, arugula, tomatoes, and #figs completed the dish on a light sauce at the bottom.

I was super excited before tasting it, but I have to admit that I had expected a different flavour, which was more on the sweet side and, as a main dish, I found it a little bit unusual.

Not my favourite one of the evening, but indeed a good dish. I think the presentation is the element I would valorise the most, as it was also super cool to turn those noodles into purple by squeezing some lemon on it 😜

The menu of this restaurant changes every week, which is an added value I always appreciate.

To have a better insight on their whole concept and manifesto, you can google “Curolla hotel”. The name is also very interesting, as “curolla” is an untranslatable Mallorcan word meaning a crazy target or project (which I don’t find crazy AT ALL).

Last but not least, the staff was super nice and friendly 🧡 Highly recommended!
