You don’t come across alternative protein seafood very often! Well, lately, this sector seems to be making vast progress. This was my first time seeing plant-based salmon in a form other than lox or sashimi. It’s pretty good, in texture and flavor. Of course it’s improved by marinades, sauces, or other accompaniments. I cooked it in tamari and made a peach salsa for it.
