Review of Vegan Pho at Pho Luca's by determinedgoose
I’ve never had a pho like this before!Apart from the usual veggies pho includes, this one also had mushroom, green beans, and what I think was lotus. The mushroom made this broth stand out! The broth was good and I like mushrooms but to me it had just a bit too many spices. The tofu was puffy and small, it was definitely good but I prefer a chunky tofu.
