Review of Faterrat Jibnah/Peynirli Pide at Lokanta (Permanently closed) by pdxveg

This consisted of a medley of 🌱-based Southwest Asian and North African (SWANA) cheeses and herbs pie. The filling in this traditional Turkish flatbread pastry was rich and creamy with a delicious complexity of favors and the delicious bread had a satisfyingly chewy texture. It was part of a pop-up collaboration between Alley Mezza and Lokanta to celebrate Eid at the end of Ramadan.
