This is a must have in my kitchen with chili pepper, orange peel, black sesame seeds, white sesame seeds, Japanese pepper, ginger and seaweed. It also lasts an incredibly long time because a little goes a long way. Depending on how much one uses it, this spice could last anywhere from months with frequent usage to over a year using with only certain recipes like ramen or udon.
