While firm tofu is most known for being in stir-fries and curries, soft #tofu is great for soups such as doenjang-jjigae (a #korean soybean paste stew) and has a gentle and smooth texture. 😌🌱 This #organic soft tofu from House Foods is an affordable and simple #vegan staple, but is extremely versatile for any dish, even outside of #asiancuisine. I usually buy mine from my local H Mart, and I would definitely recommend it.
