Review of Vegan Polenta and Wild Mushroom Ravioli - Tabitha Brown by rosieb33

I like these somewhat less than Tabitha's butternut squash ravioli. The high quality is still there, and the filling stayed in tact. But they were less flavorful than the squash. A bit on the blander side.

To be fair, I did just coat them lightly in butter, so a nice flavorful white sauce would have amped them up quite a bit. 🍄
