Review of Future Burger - Fazenda Futuro - Future Farm by eritakay

We are trying another plant-based #burger for our burger date night!

Hubby helped prep the fries and tossed the salad, and did the dishes while I was in charge of chopping the veggies, cooking the patties and making the burger 🍔

I’ve tried Impossible, Beyond, and M&S Plant Kitchen brands of plant-based meat burgers and my favourite is M&S (my original review: https://www.abillion.com/reviews/632f01a94373993366888784) as it’s thick, juicy and not too gamey. #FutureFarm’s Future Burger is pretty on par with Plant Kitchen; not too gamey, cooks like the other burgers, and has a nice meaty texture but is not as thick. It took 10-15 minutes to sear both sides and ensure it was cooked.

I assembled the burger with #daiya shredded #mozzarella, caramelised onions, portobello #mushrooms, a slice of #beeftomato, #Hellmann’s #vegan mayo with pickle juice and freshly grown #springonions from my own garden.
