This tastes exactly how you would expect it to. 🍓 The strawberry is prominent, and it's just a little sweet. Delicious on a bagel but this would be wonderful in a dessert too. Mini strawberry cheesecakes?!

My only con is that it's quite hard and didn't spread well. Next time I'll leave it out for 10 minutes or so and see if that helps.
