Review of Culinaire Soya Room - Albert Heijn AH by kamerplant
I use this the same way I would have used normal cream. To get my sauce to a thicker consistency I do need to add a starch. But I like this product because it doesn't have a strongly pronounced soya taste. It is also good value for money.
