Review of Traditional Japanese Agar Flakes - Clearspring by animalfriendly
Got these because I wanted to try a Miyoko Schinner cheese recipe (delicious) but I just love the description of how they are processed: cooking sea vegetables until they are soft and then naturally freeze drying outside in the winter sun and snow. I haven't had fruit jelly (jello) for many years but I'll try making it with these flakes too. #miyokoscreamery #agaragar
