Review of House Eggrolls (V) at Tuyen's Asian Bistro by thedarktower
A family member of Memphis’s Saigon Le (closed) opened this restaurant with some of the old recipes and some new. These are called eggrolls, but they are a rice paper wrapper and are more like fried spring rolls. They are very small, but very flavorful. Just omit the fish sauce. Wrapping the little rolls in lettuce and/or mint and/or cilantro is just delicious! No sauce needed.
