Review of Classic Hummus - Mezete by stevenneoh
I'm finally coming round to the classic version of this #hummus, after working through all the different flavours #forthedollar 😛 It has a rather dense texture which you can easily work on with the help of some oil 😁 But other than that it's a plain hummus which should serve as the metre canvas for your culinary masterpiece. Mine was a modest salt and pepper affair with truffle oil, which went unexpectedly nicely with the sweet potato crisps ☺️
