This plant-based mac by Banza is great. The pasta is made from chickpeas and the cheddar flavor is creamily on point. I would buy this cupboard staple again. One serving provides 12g of protein and 6g of fiber, it is also gluten-free and low glycemic. 💯 I added vegan bacon to mine, too. 🥓
